Fresh Roasted Coffee beans
Good coffee starts with a fresh roast. Roasted beans can last awhile in your pantry, but they have the best flavour when used within 2-3 weeks of their roast date.
Our Medium Roast is light and sweet, so it’s perfect for Pour Overs and the French Press, whereas our Dark Roast is strong and robust, making it ideal for espresso.
Each jar of beans is individually roasted, so if you prefer your coffee a little darker, or lighter, we’re able to roast the perfect batch just for you.

We love coffee
As you can probably guess, we love coffee. We love drinking it. We love making it. We love sharing it with friends. In fact, I first met Craig in a coffee shop in Vancouver, he had a Latte, I ordered an Americano…we’ve been in love ever since.
Our family vacations often involve navigating new cities based on coffee house reviews, or packing the most elaborate coffee making paraphernalia into our camping gear.
We’re generally very well caffeinated!!
